The safety DVD collection of the Armstrong County Manufacturing Consortium was purchased through the Penn State Electro-Optics Center and is housed in the reference library at the Armstrong Education Center, home of the Armstrong Educational Trust, in the West Hills Commons Building at the West Hills Industrial Park, 81 Glade Drive, Kittanning, Pennsylvania.

The DVDs and accompanying booklets may be borrowed by any member or resource partner of the Armstrong County Manufacturing Consortium. The following procedures should be used:

• The member or resource partner should report to the Office Manager at the Armstrong Educational Trust (AET) and indicate their interest in borrowing one or more DVD(s) and accompanying booklets.
• The AET Office Manager will have the requestor sign for the borrowed DVD(s) and booklets in the reference library binder.
• The AET Office Manager will give the requestor a reminder with the due date for return of the DVD(s) and booklets.
• The DVD(s) and booklets should be returned to the AET on or before the due date.

Policies regarding these DVDs and booklets:

• The due date for return of borrowed DVDs and booklets will be two weeks from the date on which they were taken out of the reference library.
• The due date may be extended up to another two weeks by calling, e-mailing, or visiting in person the AET Office Manager before the original due date.
• Any member or resource partner not returning DVDs and booklets on time will have borrowing privileges suspended until the items are returned to the reference library.
• Replacement costs for any damaged or lost DVDs and booklets may be charged to the member or resource partner at the discretion of Armstrong County Manufacturing Consortium officers or the Penn State Electro-Optics Center.
